dj699 Terms & Conditions

This agreement ("Terms & Conditions") is a legally binding agreement between any person ("player" or "you") who uses the dj699 website, mobile platform, and related services ("platform") and dj699 ("Company"). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have agreed to comply with all of these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

General Provisions

1.1 Service Territory

1.2 Language & Communication

These terms and conditions are written in Myanmar language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the Myanmar original, the Myanmar version shall prevail. Customer service operates 24/7 in Myanmar language.

1.3 Service Changes

dj699 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove services, game offerings, and providers without prior notice. Changes that may affect players' gameplay, funds, or data security will be notified in advance.

Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

The platform is available to persons aged 21+ only. Any player attempting to open an account must confirm they are 21 or older, and we reserve the right to verify this at any time.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may hold only one account at dj699. If it is found that a single player holds more than one account —

• The second account will be closed
• Bonuses and winnings from that account may be forfeited
• The original account may also be subject to further investigation

2.3 Registration Records

Accurate and complete personal information must be provided when registering. If false information is found, the company may close the account immediately and any funds may be forfeited without recourse.

2.4 Account Security

Players must not share their login credentials (Log-in ID and Password) with others. dj699 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use by third parties. Any suspicious activity must be reported to customer service immediately.

Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits at dj699 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only.

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount per withdrawal is 10,000 Ks, and withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, though delays on the payment provider's end are possible.

4.3 Verification Requirements

At the time of withdrawal, dj699 reserves the right to carry out identity verification. Withdrawals may not be processed during this verification period.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dj699 offers a 200% welcome bonus for first-time depositors — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example calculation —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,020,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be claimed once per player
• After a bonus is claimed, the company may review gameplay records to verify whether the wagering requirement has been met
• The wagering contribution rate for certain games (such as Live Baccarat) may vary and is subject to change
• If bonus hunting is found to be taking place intentionally, the bonus may be forfeited
• dj699 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with prior notice

VIP and Referral Programme

6.1 VIP Levels

dj699's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier gives a different weekly cashback rate—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Your VIP tier can go up or down based on your play and activity. Cashback is calculated by the company once a week, every Monday.

6.2 Referral Program

A player can refer friends to dj699 and —

• Receive 10% of the referred friend's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 30,000 Ks per referral)
• Earn 0.1% commission per week from the referred friends' valid play

The referral bonus will only be paid after the referred friend's account has been verified.

Responsible Gaming

• Only play within a budget they can afford
• Not play while in debt, with borrowed money, or with funds set aside for essential needs

• Opening an account under someone else's identity
• Attempting to bypass payment methods or initiating chargebacks
• Threatening or intimidating the company, its staff, or other players

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Company's Right to Act

dj699 reserves the right to take the following actions without prior notice if it believes these terms have been violated—

• Temporarily or permanently close a player's account
• Place a temporary hold on withdrawals
• Cancel bonuses or cashback
• Report to regulatory authorities

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Player

A player who wishes to close their own account may request this through customer support Live Chat. dj699 is not responsible for any losses incurred between the time the request is made and the time the closure takes effect.

• The player's own network or connection issues
• Losses caused by the player sharing their own login credentials with others
• Outcome changes caused by a game provider's software error

Where losses exceed the amount first due, the company's liability shall not exceed the lesser of the amount lost by the player or the total deposits made within the preceding 3 months.

Changes to Terms
